How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches Makingcrime Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to complain and what to expect. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Makingcrime Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Makingcrime Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@makingcrime.world and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
