Disclaimer: What Makingcrime Tree Service Is and Is Not

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use makingcrime.world. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Referral Only

Makingcrime Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not cut down trees, haul away fallen ones, grind stumps, or trim branches. Any work at your property is done by an independent provider, never by Makingcrime Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement of that provider. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, cost, or results of any provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a particular time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, and conduct.

Information Only

What you read on this website is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance, or financial advice. Every tree and every property is different, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk to a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Prices

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices vary with the job, location, tree size, access, and other factors. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work begins.

About Insurance

Anything we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss. Coverage depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision, so ask your insurer or agent.

Stay Safe

Tree work and fallen trees can involve power lines, falling wood, and damaged structures. Do not put yourself at risk. Keep away from downed lines and contact your utility company. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, reach local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Makingcrime Tree Service may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We try to keep this website correct and up to date. We cannot promise that it is complete or that it has no mistakes.
