Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use makingcrime.world and the services offered through it by Makingcrime Tree Service. By browsing the site, calling the number on it, or sending a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and is not legal advice.

What We Do

Makingcrime Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not remove trees, grind stumps, trim branches, or clear storm damage. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Stand on Their Own

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their quotes, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance, and conduct. We do not employ, supervise, or control them, and we make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work achieves.

Before you hire anyone, we encourage you to check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information, Not Advice

Content on this website is for general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance, or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, where it applies, your insurer and your local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us, and use this website only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or submit a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text, or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing contact@makingcrime.world.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this website belong to Makingcrime Tree Service or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Makingcrime Tree Service is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this website, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The website is offered "as is", without warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new version.
