Referral Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You deserve to know how Makingcrime Tree Service works and how it earns money. This disclosure lays out our role. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Makingcrime Tree Service Is

Makingcrime Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not do tree removal, emergency or storm tree work, stump grinding, tree trimming, or any other tree work.

When you call the number on this website or send a form, your call or request may be routed to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Makingcrime Tree Service for calls, form submissions, or other referrals we send them. The payment may depend on factors such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.

Providers Are Separate Businesses

Providers are independent. They are not employees, agents, or partners of Makingcrime Tree Service. Each one is solely responsible for:

• Its quotes, prices, and terms
• The quality, safety, and timing of its work
• Its licenses, insurance, and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves toward you

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement of their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. We encourage you to ask questions, check insurance, get a written quote, and compare other quotes before you decide.

Recorded Calls

Calls made through this website may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification, and billing purposes.
